Aegis Data Center Services is looking forward to bigger opportunities in the coming year.

2015 was our building year, along with the growing pains, we made some great strides with new partners and IT customers.
AFCOM in Las Vegas was a highlight. Working with Paul Bemis from CoolSim CFD software was a terrific experience. I met several new friends and reconnected with some old ones as well. I think 2016 AFCOM event will be even better. AFCOM’s spring event at the Braves Stadium was a unique opportunity to learn from other industry expert.

Aegis Data Center Services is partnering with Greenfield Software for DCIM. This is a robust tool, which is designed for the smaller data center market. (50-100) racks. It is customizable and works within the IT managers budget.

I had the opportunity to present to Operational Resiliency group from a Facilities perspectives at TAG’s summer Lunch and Learn. I must admit I learned as much from the audience as I hope they learned from the panelists.

Presently Aegis Data Center Services has been working on two new developments, which will help my IT customers achieve uptime and reduce costs.

Stay tuned for the announcements in Q1 2016.

I look forward to seeing you in 2016. I wish you the best for this year and a brighter future for 2016.
